After each completed job, two questions are asked: What could we have done better? How could we have made the customer happier? We like to listen to our customers because they add value in the service through which they save money on their investment.
We help our less fortunate neighbors by providing our services at no cost for customers identified by service organizations we work with. We get involved in the political process that affects our business and our customers investments.
